Experience
Stephanie worked at Eating Recovery Center for 2.5 years on the Intensive Treatment Unit. She has experience at a high level of care with all eating disorders and significant medical complications that come with. Stephanie then moved into the outpatient world where she has been for 1.5 years, specializing in all eating disorders with an emphasis on athletes with disordered eating and eating disorders.

Philosophy
I believe that balanced nutrition and all foods fit can overtime help people experience food freedom.
Why VERY?
I have worked with the ED population for 4 years and a virtual team platform that can reach individuals in the comfort of their home is incredible. Recovery from an ED doesn’t have to be overwhelming when the whole team can support you together. I feel so fortunate to work with the incredibly talented practitioners at VERY.
Interests
Running, biking, hiking, cooking, reading, cuddling my puppy, spending time with friends and drinking coffee
