Stephanie Wilson

Dietitian
Stephanie is a Registered Dietitian and holds a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Simmons University. She completed her dietetic internship at University of Minnesota through the eating disorder track, doing intensive training at The Emily Program. Stephanie specializes in athletes experiencing low energy availability, eating disorders, disordered eating, decrease in performance and Relative Energy Deficiency Syndrome (RED-S). After working for 2.5 years at a Clinical Dietitian at Eating Recovery Center at the inpatient and residential level of care, Stephanie stepped down to outpatient eating disorder care and worked at Side By Side Nutrition. Stephanie has since moved on to work at VERY continuing to offer expert ED treatment for all athletes and individuals.
Stephanie has worked with all populations, adults, teenagers, and adolescents. She has experience helping adults identify reasons behind why the eating disorder occurred and persisted, and has developed ways to help individuals fuel mind and body.
She also has experience working with Family-Based Therapy, empowering parents to reclaim feeding their child. She is a fierce recovery ally and believes all individuals can create new experiences with food, movement, and body image. Stephanie is determined to support clients to shift from the comfortable and known to the unknown, to feel empowered to create change in their life.
Stephanie ran cross country and track in college and since college has been a competitive runner and qualified for the 2020 Olympic Trials in the marathon.
