Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, and Certified Addiction Counselor. Nicole spent the last nine years working at the Eating Recovery Center / Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center as a Primary Therapist with Child & Adolescent Services, where she provided individual, group, and family therapy to youth in residential, inpatient, and partial hospitalization levels of care. More recently during her ERC tenure, Nicole was a Clinical Assessment Supervisor, supporting individuals during the admission process through guidance, evaluation, and determination of appropriate levels of care.

Nicole transitioned to VERY with the hope of helping to fill the gap that exists in the outpatient eating disorder treatment community. Her roles on both the Founder Advisory Board as well as the Director of Admissions will be in supporting people from all walks of life to access evidence-based, high-quality care. She understands the bravery and courage it takes to seek help for oneself or for a loved one and is dedicated to making the process as simple, welcoming, and supportive as possible.
