Philosophy

I believe that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to treatment and recovery. I value authenticity, kindness, integrity, inclusivity, and love. I believe that each person has an immense amount of unique strengths and that each of us bring infinite value to this world. I am trained and experienced in FBT, CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP and always strive to utilize a strengths based perspective.

Why VERY?

Nicole transitioned to VERY with the hope of helping to fill the gap that exists in the outpatient eating disorder treatment community. Her roles on both the Founder Advisory Board as well as the Director of Admissions will be in supporting people from all walks of life to access evidence-based, high-quality care. She understands the bravery and courage it takes to seek help for oneself or for a loved one and is dedicated to making the process as simple, welcoming, and supportive as possible.

Interests

Spending time with family and friends, reading/listening to audiobooks, snowboarding, playing volleyball, and anything that involves water.
