Philosophy

I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to treating individuals with eating disorders. Each person’s struggle with this disease is unique and as such they deserve a clinician who is willing to support them in a unique way. I have a kind yet direct approach to my nutrition counseling style, providing guidance and support while also helping patients continue to move towards recovery by providing a gentle nudge when needed. I practice from an “all foods fit” mentality and truly believes having a more neutral, balanced, and flexible relationship with food is possible for anyone and everyone.

Why VERY?

VERY is an incredible group of clinicians whose focus is on meeting people where they are at with there Eating Disorders and working to provide the most comprehensive and individualized care possible. The collective wealth of knowledge and experience held by the clinicians at VERY is second to none and the passion and commitment we have to our patients shows in every aspect of our work. I love working with such caring and compassionate people who truly want to help support individuals on their recovery journey.
