With a background as an athletic team coach, physical education teacher, fitness coach, and school student relations manager, she has spent her career cultivating meaningful relationships and creating supportive environments. Beyond her professional roles, Emily is deeply rooted in her own recovery journey, providing her with a unique and empathetic perspective. In my coaching practice, I offer a compassionate and personalized approach to supporting individuals on their journey to healing from eating disorders. My goal is to guide clients toward reconnecting with their authentic selves, helping them build resilience and strength. As a coach, I am here to support my clients through the day-to-day challenges and be there for them as they travel the transformative healing journey of recovery.
