Tamanna is an experienced Community Builder and Growth Strategist with over eight years of experience in the Community industry. Prior to her corporate career, Tamanna was a faculty member teaching Consumer Behavior and Services Marketing. Following a maternity break, she pivoted to explore her true passion, which led her to her first corporate role as a Digital Marketing Strategist and Community Builder.

Throughout her career, Tamanna has successfully built and nurtured diverse communities, including those for mothers of toddlers, pregnant women, new fathers, and an Indic language community at Quora. She has also created support networks for grieving individuals and fractional leaders.

As a dedicated professional and mother of two, Tamanna advocates for screen-free parenting and maintains a keen interest in technology and online research. In her downtime, she enjoys reading and indulging in her passion for the Harry Potter universe.
