Philosophy
My nutrition philosophy for eating disorder treatment centers around meeting individuals where they are at in their recovery. I believe in a compassionate approach that respects each person’s unique experiences and challenges. By fostering a safe environment in our sessions, I strive to empower individuals through education and support. Being a yoga instructor as well, I prioritize implementing mindfulness in recovery, and focus on a weight-inclusive, “all foods fit” mentality.
Why VERY?
All individuals should have access to eating disorder care and VERY is making care more accessible. I believe in this company and the multidisciplinary approach that is taken to best support all individuals. VERY’s team is made up of experts in the field that are all compassionate, dedicated, and motivated to make a difference.
