I strive to offer personalized support for those seeking to improve their relationship with food. Whether you are transitioning from a higher level of care or brand new to treatment, my goal is to create a safe space where we can work together to enhance your comfort with food, body image, and self-acceptance. My approach is patient-centered, weight-inclusive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I embrace an all-foods-fit philosophy and am well-versed in Intuitive and Mindful Eating.
