Our Approach
Our Process

Once you complete your intake consultation and it is determined that we are a good fit, you will meet with your provider for a thorough biopsychosocial assessment. This will allow for thoughtful determination about your treatment needs and treatment plan. From there, you will be connected with the other providers on your team (i.e. therapist and/or dietitian), if applicable. Together, you and your team/provider will decide on frequency of appointments to best meet your needs and help you to accomplish your goals.
