Your Steps To Recovery
1. Connect
Call, email, chat, or text us to learn more about our services and get any questions answered. Then, schedule a time to complete a free intake assessment.
2. Intake
Complete a 20-30 minute intake assessment with a certified eating disorder specialist to determine if our services are a good fit for you.
3. Assess
If we are a good fit, we will schedule an assessment with a provider based on your treatment needs. This assessment is a comprehensive review with an experienced and compassionate provider, who will then collaborate with you to create your personalized treatment plan.
*If we are not the best fit, we will provide you with resources to support you.
4. Treat
We offer convenient virtual treatment to fit your needs. You can utilize all of our services (psychiatry, therapy, dietary) or any combination as we are happy to coordinate care with providers outside of VERY to best meet your individual needs.
5. Recovery
Our mission is for you to live a life of purpose and meaning, free from your eating disorder.
VERY.Health offers virtual outpatient treatment from ED-informed, expert providers in psychiatry, therapy and dietary services. We believe our physician-led, multidisciplinary approach fosters treatment cohesion and collaboration to support sustained recovery.
We treat patients 10 years of age and up with primary eating disorders and co-occuring symptoms such as:
- Anorexia Nervosa
- Bulimia Nervosa
- Binge eating disorder
- Avoidant/ Restrictive Food Intake Disorder
- Atypical Anorexia Nervosa/ OSFED
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Personality Disorders
- Neurodivergence
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and other trauma experiences
Once you complete your intake consultation and it is determined that we are a good fit, you will meet with your provider for a thorough biopsychosocial assessment. This will allow for thoughtful determination about your treatment needs and treatment plan. From there, you will be connected with the other providers on your team (i.e. therapist and/or dietitian), if applicable. Together, you and your team/provider will decide on frequency of appointments to best meet your needs and help you to accomplish your goals.
